This role serves as the vital link between business, solution architecture and development teams. The lead will ensure delivered products are aligned with organizational goals, well-engineered, and delivered efficiently.The ideal candidate combines very strong technical expertise with product leadership skills, enabling them to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions while managing product roadmaps, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate also will have had a background in development, architecture or other highly technical IT field.\nKey Responsibilities\nThe candidate will participate in lightweight, architecture, design, and code review.\n\nDefine and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned IT products and platforms.\n\nCollaborate with business leaders, users, architects, developers, and infrastructure teams to gather and prioritize requirements.\n\nLead product lifecycle activities from ideation and planning through implementation and ongoing optimization.\n\nTranslate business needs into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\n\nPartner with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, and compliance requirements.\n\nManage product backlogs and prioritize initiatives based on business value, risk, and technical dependencies.\n\nDrive implementation and rollout of new applications\n\nServe as the escalation point for product-related issues and incidents, coordinating with business and development.\n\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release coordination where applicable.\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and provide regular updates on product progress and outcomes.\n\nIdentify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and technology modernization.\n\nSupport vendor evaluations, technology assessments, and implementation projects.\n\nUse your skills to make an impact\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field OR equivalent work experience\n\n2+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, IT Leadership, Lead Development, Solution/Application architecture or related roles.\n\nStrong understanding of enterprise applications, systems integration, APIs, cloud platforms, databases, ELT and software development lifecycles.\n\nExperience working with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.\n\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\n\nStrong understanding of at least two of the following technologies: Snowflake, Databricks, RDBMS, SQL, Python\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.\n\nProven experience managing product roadmaps and delivering technology solutions.\n\nScheduled Weekly Hours\n40Pay Range\nThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
