This role focuses on technology resource management, supplier management, provisioning operations, operational governance, reporting, forecasting, and process optimization.The successful candidate will partner with technology teams, suppliers, procurement, finance, and business stakeholders to ensure technology assets and services are delivered efficiently while maintaining operational excellence, cost effectiveness, and service quality. This individual will leverage analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve operational performance, streamline processes, and drive data-driven decision making.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnology Operations Leadership\nLead day-to-day technology operations supporting enterprise device provisioning and related technology services.\nEnsure operational processes meet established service level agreements (SLAs) and business expectations.\nDrive operational excellence through process standardization, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nMonitor operational risks and implement corrective actions as needed.\nResource Management\nManage technology resource planning and forecasting to support business demand.\nPartner with internal stakeholders to understand operational requirements and capacity needs.\nMonitor operational performance metrics to ensure efficient resource utilization.\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning activities.\nSupplier Management\nEstablish and maintain effective relationships with technology suppliers and service providers.\nMonitor supplier performance against contractual obligations, SLAs, and operational goals.\nCoordinate with suppliers to resolve service issues and improve operational outcomes.\nSupport supplier governance, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nReporting, Analytics & Operational Insights\nDevelop and maintain operational dashboards, metrics, and reporting.\nAnalyze operational performance, supplier performance, inventory trends, and resource utilization.\nProvide recommendations and insights to leadership to support strategic decision making.\nIdentify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.\nProcess Improvement & Automation\nIdentify and implement opportunities for workflow automation and operational optimization.\nLeverage advanced Excel capabilities, reporting tools, automation technologies, and AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on service quality, cost reduction, and operational effectiveness.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with Technology, Procurement, Finance, HR, and business stakeholders to achieve operational objectives.\nLead and facilitate operational initiatives across multiple teams and suppliers.\nBuild strong relationships with internal and external partners to support business outcomes.\nUse your skills to make an impact\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.\n2+ years of experience in Technology Operations, IT Service Delivery, Technology Program Management, IT Operations Management, or related functions.\nExperience managing supplier relationships, vendor performance, or third-party service providers.\nExperience with operational reporting, forecasting, resource planning, and performance management.\nStrong business analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience leading cross-functional operational initiatives.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, forecasting, and data analysis.\nKnowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing enterprise technology operations or end-user technology services.\nExperience with Power BI, Power Automate, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.\nExperience implementing process improvement and automation initiatives.\nExperience utilizing AI-powered productivity and reporting tools.\nHealthcare industry experience.\nMaster's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.\nAdditional Information\nScheduled Weekly Hours\n40Pay Range\nThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$106,900 - $147,000 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
