Since 2012, we have conducted more than 3,000 clinical trials and have earned the trust of more than 300,000 patients and 1,000 doctors worldwide.\nWe are currently looking for several Data Entry / Study Coordinators to join our team and play a key role in the management and conduct of clinical trials at the site level in Madrid\nWhat will your role involve?\nAs a Data Entry / Study Coordinator, you will play a key role in the conduct of clinical trials, working closely with the research team and sponsors throughout the entire study lifecycle. Your main responsibilities will include:\nCoordinating the activities of the clinical trial.\nManaging and maintaining the study documentation and records.\nEntering and reviewing data in the trial’s electronic systems (eCRF).\nManaging and resolving queries\nProviding support during monitoring visits, audits and inspections.\nEnsuring compliance with applicable procedures and regulations.\nCoordinating the dispatch and management of biological samples.\nCollaborating with investigators, CRAs, sponsors and other professionals involved in the study.\nWhat are we looking for?\nRequirements\nA university degree in Health Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine or a related discipline.\nPrevious experience in clinical research or similar roles within the healthcare sector.
