The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team of designers, engineers and product professionals working on large-scale digital platforms across telecommunications, banking, retail and other high-impact industries.\nMission\nAs a Product Designer at Desquared, you will play a key role in shaping innovative digital products by leading end-to-end design processes that translate business objectives into compelling and functional user experiences. Working closely with product managers, engineers and stakeholders, you will contribute from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality design execution and consistency across products and platforms.\nYou will be responsible for creating intuitive interfaces for mobile and web applications, conducting user research and usability testing, developing scalable design systems and reusable componentsutilitizing design systems and components, and continuously improving experiences based on user insights and data. The role also requires strong collaboration and communication skills, as you will work cross-functionally to align product vision, user needs, and technical feasibility while contributing to a culture of innovation and design excellence.\nYou will be responsible for:\nCrafting clear, engaging and highly functional user interfaces for mobile apps and web applications.\nCollaborating closely with product managers, engineers and stakeholders from project inception to launch, ensuring design consistency and quality.\nParticipating in the complete design lifecycle, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, user testing and final UI delivery.\nAdvocating for user needs by applying usability principles, conducting research and translating insights into innovative design solutions.\nContinuously iterating based on user feedback and data to optimize user flows and interface elements.\nCommunicating design concepts effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering alignment and shared understanding.\nStaying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in product design.\nRequirements\nMust Have\nExperience inproduct design, including mobile apps (iOS & Android).\nExpertise with Figma, including a solid understanding of design tokens and variables.\nFamiliarity with usability testing, user research methodologies and accessibility standards.\nPortfolio samples of user-centric projects.\nNice to Have\nExperience with AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.\nExperience with web and mobile software development processes.\nBackground working in high-impact sectors such as telecommunications, financial services, retail, or SaaS.\nPrevious experience in startup or scale-up environments, contributing to fast-paced and innovative projects.\nSkills & Competences\nExcellent communication skills in English and Greek, with a talent for explaining complex ideas clearly and persuasively.\nProactive problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a growth mindset.\nAbility to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.\nProfessional maturity and a dedication to producing high-quality work.\nBenefits\nIn this role, you'll be part of a dynamic team composed of young talent and seasoned industry veterans; all passionate about designing transformative digital experiences.
