The role combines technical coordination, project administration and relentless follow-through. POSITION INFO: About the Role You will provide administrative, operational and technical support to keep engineering projects, departmental activities and stakeholder communication running smoothly. You will sit in high-level technical briefings, track every action to closure and make sure nothing slips. Key Responsibilities Attend technical briefings and meetings alongside the Engineering Services Manager Follow up on engineering items, actions and commitments until they are closed Escalate and resolve issues quickly, treating delays as problems to solve immediately Plan, coordinate and monitor engineering projects, including timelines, milestones and deliverables Maintain project trackers, action lists and progress reports, and flag risks early Liaise with engineers, contractors, suppliers, clients
