ensuring efficient hiring and onboarding processes.\n\nManage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures, including CCMA and arbitration cases.\n\nMonitor employee engagement and drive initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.\n\nPerformance Management & Training\n\nImplement and manage performance review processes, salary reviews, and incentive programmes.\n\nAssess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.\n\nSupport leadership with succession planning and career development programmes.\n\nHR Compliance & Administration\n\nEnsure up-to-date HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labour legislation.\n\nManage payroll movements, including overtime, maternity leave, and salary adjustments.\n\nOversee BEE, EE reporting, and Skills Development compliance.\n\nConduct regular HR audits and risk assessments.\n\nCommunication & Employee Engagement\n\nMaintain clear communication channels across the organisation, including newsletters and internal announcements.\n\nDevelop and implement employee recognition programmes.\n\nAdvise senior leadership on HR-related decisions and messaging.\n\nBudget & External Relationship Management\n\nManage HR budgets, vendor relationships, and service-level agreements (SLAs).\n\nEnsure efficient management of external service providers related to HR
