A proactive, process-driven, and solution-oriented approach is essential for success in this role.\n\nKey Requirements\n\nRelevant tertiary qualification\n\nMinimum of 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably within the agriculture or FMCG sector\n\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications\n\nSolid understanding of stock management systems\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\n\nKey Characteristics\n\nDiligent, hardworking, and highly reliable\n\nMeticulous with strong attention to detail\n\nAble to resolve queries efficiently and effectively\n\nCapable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines\n\nStrong time management and prioritisation skills\n\nAble to work independently with minimal supervision\n\nHonest and trustworthy\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAccurately import all stock into systems within required timeframes\n\nReconcile system stock against physical stock at cold stores\n\nInvestigate and resolve stock discrepancies\n\nHandle stock-related queries promptly\n\nBook sample and marketing pallets as requested\n\nPerform daily stock checks to identify inconsistencies\n\nProcess mates data, including weight calculations and pallet linking\n\nPrepare shipment documentation and liaise with freight forwarders\n\nManage Paltrack registrations for suppliers\n\nMaintain and update system master data\n\nCommunicate effectively with packhouses to ensure smooth operations\n\nManage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy under pressure\n\nRemuneration\n\nMarket-related, dependent on qualifications and experience\n\nApplication Process\nInterested candidates are invited to submit their CV, along with salary expectations.\nIf you do not receive feedback within two weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.\nPackage & Remuneration\nR 240000 -
