If you enjoy solving problems, helping people, and finding smarter ways to work, this is an opportunity to build your technical expertise while making a difference across HumanKind.\nSuccess In This Role Looks Like:\nProviding responsive, empathetic technical support that helps coworkers resolve application issues and return to their work with confidence.\nIdentifying opportunities to streamline processes and developing practical technology solutions that meet the needs of programs and departments.\nMaintaining applications through routine updates, account management, system checks, and attention to performance and security.\nCollaborating with IT colleagues, business teams, and software vendors to resolve issues, support system enhancements, and implement new features.\nKeeping application documentation current and helping coworkers understand application features, troubleshooting steps, and technology best practices.\nWhat You Bring To The Team:\nA service-oriented approach to technical support, including patience, empathy, and a willingness to understand the user's needs before determining next steps.\nFamiliarity with desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office, web browsers, and common business applications, along with the ability to learn new program-specific software.\nAn interest in developing technology solutions using tools such as Power Automate, business intelligence platforms, or other automation applications.\nStrong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with others to find solutions.\nExcellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests, projects, and deadlines.\nExperience providing IT support or customer service.\nRequirements for Consideration:\nAssociate degree in computer science or equivalent experience in the field; a bachelor's degree is preferred.\nValid driver's license and acceptable driving record.\nAbility to complete, pass, and maintain all required background checks and drug testing.\nWhy Join HumanKind:\nAt HumanKind, your work has real impact.
