# Senior Engineer - Microsoft

Reference: HC006415-Dewal-1 We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Enterprise Engineer (L3) to join a growing Microsoft Modern Work Practice. This is a senior technical role suited to an engineer who can take ownership of complex escalations, lead enterprise-level implementations and migrations, design technical solutions, and provide mentorship to junior engineering teams. The successful candidate must bring extensive hands-on experience across both traditional Microsoft infrastructure and modern cloud technologies. Cloud-only experience will not be sufficient for this position. Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Provide L3 technical support, advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across Microsoft on-premises, hybrid and cloud environments. Design, architect and implement Microsoft enterprise infrastructure solutions. Lead complex Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows Server deployments, upgrades and migrations. Manage escalated technical incidents and ensure timely resolution of complex client issues. Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to L1 and L2 engineers.
