Employment Type: Permanent\n\nAn established retail business is looking for a creative and commercially minded Visual Merchandising Manager to lead in-store presentation and visual merchandising across its retail network.\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a design-focused professional who understands how compelling retail displays enhance customer experience, strengthen brand identity and drive sales.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and implement visual merchandising strategies across multiple stores.\nLead creative concepts, store displays, layouts and seasonal campaigns.\nEnsure consistent visual standards and brand presentation.\nManage store audits, revamps, campaign rollouts and display production.\nCollaborate with marketing, buying, graphics and retail operations teams.\nManage budgets, suppliers, timelines and visual merchandising resources.\nTrain and guide store teams on visual merchandising standards.\nResearch emerging design trends and translate them into engaging retail experiences.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nMatric and/or a relevant qualification in design, visual communication, interior design, spatial design or retail management.\nApproximately 5 years’ experience in visual merchandising within retail.\nStrong creative, spatial planning and project management skills.\nCommercial awareness and an understanding of customer behaviour.\nExcellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.\nWillingness to travel nationally as required.\n?
