We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND-01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a hands-on, dependable Field Operations Associate to join our team on-site in Schweinfurt, Bavaria, Germany, monitoring and operating our humanoid robots in live customer environments. As the person on the front line of every deployment, you will set up, operate,and monitor robots on-site, keep them running safely and reliably, capture operational and training data, and act as the first point of contact when issues arise. This role suits someone practical and calm under pressure who enjoys working with cutting edge hardware and software in dynamic real-world settings and is comfortable being the face of the company at customer facilities.\nWhat You'll Do\nSet up, start up, monitor robots at customer sites.\n\nMonitor robots during live operations, following established protocols to ensure safe and reliable performance.\n\nMonitor robot behavior and the surrounding environment throughout operation, intervening when needed to maintain safety.\n\nSet up and maintain fleet management devices and supporting equipment.\n\nTrack, document, and escalate issues to on-site leadership , with clear observations, logs and reproduction steps.\n\nPerform routine and basic maintenance on-site (cleaning, inspections, minor troubleshooting), call for on-site technical support when needed.\n\nMaintain detailed records of operation, data-collection sessions, uptime, incidents, and equipment status.\n\nFollow all customer and company site safety rules as well as company operating procedures.\n\nRequirements\nAssociate degree, vocational training, or equivalent practical experience operating equipment, machinery, or technology in a professional environment.\n\nUnrestricted right to work and live in the European Union.\n\nComfortable with hardware: you are willing to learn basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and would enjoy hands-on problem solving.\n\nComfortable reading logs and dashboards,to interpret robot status and troubleshoot issues.\n\nGeneral computer skills\n\nAbility to follow written procedures, test plans, and work instructions, and to complete tasks consistently and accurately.\n\nStrong communication and documentation skills.\n\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to sustain focus and stay calm, making sound decisions in live, dynamic environments.\n\nReliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.\n\nComfortable in a fast-paced environment;
