With years of proven expertise and offices in Greece, the company delivers cutting-edge digital solutions tailored to complex business needs.\nAs a senior ERP Consultant, you will be the key person and instrumental in implementing and customizing ERP solutions that align with each client’s operations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate business needs into scalable system configurations that support efficiency and digital transformation.\nResponsibilities:\nParticipate in the end-to-end implementation of ERP solutions, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.\nCustomize ERP modules to meet client-specific business processes and operational needs.\nProvide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.\nCollaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.\nDocument technical specifications and user guides for future reference and training.\nMonitor system performance and suggest improvements or upgrades as needed.\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, support, or similar IT consulting roles.\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills with ability to work across departments and client teams.\nCapacity to work autonomously while also thriving in collaborative team environments.\nAnalytical thinking and problem-solving attitude.\nFlexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.\nIt’s a plus if you have:\nHands-on experience with Entersoft or Softone ERP solutions is highly desirable.\nFamiliarity with accounting workflows (e.g. invoicing, general ledger entries, financial reporting) within ERP environments.\nPrior experience in an IT consulting or IT solutions company.\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary of €2,000-€3,000+ gross/month, depending on prior experience and qualifications.\nLife & Medical insurance\nOpportunity to work in a fast-growing IT consulting environment\nContinuous learning and development support\nNext Steps:\nIf this role sounds like a good fit, we encourage you to apply.\nOur team will be reviewing all profiles shortly.\nHuman’s Pulse is committed to the protection of your personal data.
