Responsibilities center on analyzing equipment layouts, workflows, and time studies to balance production lines, scale operations for higher volume demand, and ensure new or existing products are easily and reliably manufactured. Additionally, the engineer supports shop-floor equipment validation, trains production operators, and manages formal documentation and work instructions using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the planning, design, and implementation of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives.\nConduct time studies and assist with line balancing, capacity analysis, and optimization of manufacturing operations.\nIdentify tooling, fixtures, equipment, and other resources required to meet manufacturing and product specifications.\nSupport the installation, qualification, and validation of new and existing manufacturing equipment and processes.\nProvide day-to-day engineering support to manufacturing operations, including troubleshooting production issues and supporting corrective actions.\nSupport the training of production operators on new or revised equipment, processes, and work instructions.\nUnder the guidance of the engineering team, develop and document manufacturing processes for new products and features.\nDevelop, maintain, and revise manufacturing work instructions and related documentation using the company’s PLM software.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to support manufacturing objectives.\nApply Lean Manufacturing principles to identify and support opportunities for waste reduction, cost savings, process improvement, standardization, and operational efficiency.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in engineering with 0-2 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer.\nBilingual in Spanish preferred.\nExcellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.\nExcellent verbal, written and communication skills with the ability to communicate engineering concepts to non-engineers.\nKnowledge of engineering principles, practices and techniques.\nKnowledge of Solidworks and AutoCAD\nCOMPUTER SKILLS\nProficiency in MS Office\nProficiency in Solidworks and AutoCAD\nWHAT WE OFFER\nCompetitive base \nMedical Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)HSA, FSA, Commuter Benefits\nMedical Discounts\n\nAncillary BenefitsAccident, Critical Illness, Hospital Insurance\nVoluntary, Spouse, and Child Life Insurance\n\nPet Insurance\nEmployee Discount Programs\n401k matching\nPaid time off (including 15 PTO days and 11 holidays)\nSalary Range: $64,792 - $94,507\nPlease note that the salary information is a general guideline.
