Internship HR Payroll / Account

Account

• Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry and updating financial records
• Support month-end closing activities and account reconciliation
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment documentation
• Help monitor accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial reports and documentation

Human Resources - Payroll

• Maintain employee records, onboarding/ offboarding, leave, attendance, claims.
• Assist monthly payroll and payroll reports.
• Submit EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD timely.
• Support recruitment, employee queries, HR reports, and HR projects.

Requirements

• Prefer MANDARIN Speaker
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Financing, Psychology, or related field.
• Fresh graduates with/without HR experience.
• Prioritize final semester students
• Detail-oriented, organized, confidential.
• MS Office; HR/payroll software is a plus.
• Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
