Your fast-growing team manages all the Israeli clients.\nDo you have a deep connection and familiarity with the world of influencers?\nWe at HUMANZ Israel are expanding and looking for a player to strengthen our team in Israel for the position of Customer Success Manager!\nThe role includes managing and leading campaigns for social media influencers and ongoing work with the influencers and with our clients.\nAs a Customer Success at Humanz, you will play a critical role in facilitating the company’s growth and adoption among top brands. Primary responsibilities will include:\nManage and execute influencer campaigns from start to finish to maximize ROI for clients.\nSource and negotiate with influencers to secure the best partnerships.\nMaintain clear and effective communication with clients and influencers.\nProvide comprehensive briefing to influencers to ensure alignment with campaign goals.\nOptimize campaigns based on performance data to improve results.\nAssist clients with all aspects of campaign management, ensuring their satisfaction and success.\nCollaborate with brands to establish and manage long-term influencer marketing budgets.
