Our U.S. team works with brands and creators across the North American market.\nThe role\nWe're looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to own brand relationships and lead organic influencer marketing campaigns for our U.S. business. You'll combine strategic client management with hands-on campaign execution, helping brands turn business goals into effective creator partnerships and measurable results.\nYou'll guide clients from the initial brief through campaign delivery and reporting, lead performance conversations and identify opportunities to grow each relationship. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who can work independently, manage complex accounts and bring clear judgment to a fast-moving team.\nWhat you'll own\nOwn a portfolio of brand accounts as the primary point of contact, building trusted, long-term client relationships.\nLead strategic conversations around campaign objectives, creator strategy, influencer budgets and performance goals.\nManage organic influencer campaigns from briefing and creator selection through negotiations, content approvals, launch and reporting.\nOversee multiple campaigns at once, keeping budgets, deliverables, timelines and content quality on track.\nTurn engagement, conversion and ROI data into clear recommendations that improve campaign performance and client outcomes.\nLead client presentations and performance reviews, communicating results, next steps and opportunities with confidence.\nIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with Sales to grow existing accounts.\nAnticipate campaign risks, handle client escalations and coordinate solutions across internal teams.\nWork closely with Sales, Product and Operations; share client and market feedback to improve delivery and platform capabilities.\nContribute to account planning, revenue forecasting and internal reporting; share best practices and mentor less-experienced team members.\nRequirements\n5+ years of relevant experience in customer success, account management, brand partnerships or influencer marketing, with direct ownership of client accounts.\nHands-on experience managing influencer marketing campaigns end to end, on the brand or agency side.\nExperience working with U.S. brands and a strong understanding of the U.S. creator landscape.\nA track record of building long-term client relationships, delivering measurable campaign results and identifying account growth opportunities.\nStrong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, including creator formats, audience behavior and platform trends.\nConfidence analyzing campaign performance, managing budgets and turning data into practical recommendations.\nExcellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and presentation skills, including experience advising senior client stakeholders.\nStrong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines independently.\nA proactive, solution-oriented approach and sound judgment when handling complex client or campaign situations.\nNice to have\nExperience in an influencer marketing agency or creator marketing platform.\nExperience with e-commerce campaigns, conversion measurement or content amplification.\nExperience mentoring colleagues or improving account management and campaign processes.\nA degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical
