this position offers the opportunity to build supervisory experience while contributing to the continued growth of the business.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCoordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations.\nAssist with inbound container receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and outbound shipments.\nCoordinate domestic shipments for both B2B and B2C customers.\nCommunicate with customers regarding shipment status and logistics requests.\nCoordinate with transportation providers and internal departments.\nPrepare shipping documents and maintain operational records.\nMonitor inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency.\nSupport daily warehouse operations and help coordinate team activities.\nAssist management with process improvements and operational efficiency.\nPerform other logistics-related duties as assigned.\nQualifications\n\n2-3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.\nPrevious leadership or team lead experience is a plus, but not required.\nJapanese and English bilingual communication skills.\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment.\nBasic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.\nPositive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role.\nWarehouse\n\nApproximately 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse
