This role is involved throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements definition and development through system testing, implementation, delivery, and ongoing maintenance.\nRecent graduates with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field are encouraged to apply. This is also an excellent opportunity for candidates who aspire to build a career as a Systems Engineer.\nDepending on the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, the position title may be offered as Project Coordinator.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage business systems projects and internally developed systems\nSupport the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development coordination, system testing, delivery, implementation, and maintenance\nCommunicate with clients and internal teams in Japanese and English\nAssist with business process improvement proposals and project planning\nIdentify issues, coordinate solutions, and help keep projects on schedule\nSupport the implementation, consulting, and ongoing support of business and core systems\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with one or more of the following technologies: WPF, Windows Forms, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, Transact-SQL, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, or VBA\nExperience with business systems or core systems implementation, consulting, or support\nExperience proposing or planning business process improvements\nKnowledge of accounting processes or experience using QuickBooks and/or Sage\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills\nA proactive, collaborative attitude and the ability to drive projects forward\nQualifications\nAuthorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position\nStrong Japanese and English communication skills, both verbal and written\nInterest in project management, systems development, and IT solutions\nRecent graduates with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field are encouraged to apply\nSchedule\nMonday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM\nWeekends and holidays off\nThree-month introductory period\nImmediate start preferred;
