You’ll need to have:\nSolid experience in on-site IT support (around 3+ years)\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft technologies - Windows 11, Microsoft 365, etc.\nFamiliarity with virtualisation platforms such as Hyper-V\nA calm, methodical approach to troubleshooting\nStrong communication and organisational skills\nNice to have\nYou don’t need all of these, but they’ll help you get up to speed faster:\nPrevious experience providing IT support within schools or other education settings\nUnderstanding of Group Policy and mobile device management (MDM)\nKnowledge of backup systems, Azure services, and virtualisation\nNetworking experience - VLANs, Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls\nFamiliarity with tools such as Autotask, Datto, or equivalent platforms\nA genuine curiosity for new tech and emerging IT solutions\nWhy join?\nThis is a chance to join a team that values initiative and collaboration in equal measure.
