Обязанности:

  • Обрабатывать обращения, эскалированные с L1.
  • Анализировать причины ошибок в мобильном приложении и интеграциях.
  • Проводить диагностику по логам, API, БД и мониторингу.
  • Взаимодействовать с разработчиками, QA, DevOps и бизнес-командой.
  • Контролировать устранение инцидентов и соблюдение SLA.
  • Создавать и актуализировать базу знаний и инструкции.
  • Проводить первичный анализ массовых инцидентов и готовить отчеты.
Требования:
  • REST API;
  • SQL (базовый);
  • анализ логов;
  • HTTP-коды;
  • JSON;
  • Jira/Confluence;
  • понимание клиент-серверной архитектуры;
  • Android/iOS;
  • навыки диагностики инцидентов.
