岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 负责ACC控制算法模型设计;

2. 根据需求文档撰写详细的开发设计文档;

3. 完成功能实车标定验证，并撰写测试报告;

4. 新控制方法、新技术导入工作。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 2年以上Tier1或主机厂车辆ACC控制算法开发工作经验，有ADAS或AD项目交付经验;

2. 熟悉汽车行业产品/项目开发流程;

3. 了解ACC基本逻辑，功能安全需求，熟悉车辆纵向动力学;

4. 精通控制算法PID、LQR、MPC，并具有实车调试经验;

5. 了解ACC功能与ESP/iBooster、VCU/ECM交互机制;

6. 精通simulink模型编程，dSpace相关快速原型软件;

7. 熟悉simulink的代码自动生成;

8. 熟悉车辆动力学仿真软件CarSim/CarMaker;

9.熟悉仿真环境搭建，熟悉MIL测试;

10. 具备良好的计划能力、组织能力、沟通能力、学习能力、分析能力、抗压能力。
