系统中所有日语相关界面元素的设计，涵盖屏幕布局、图标设计、文字排版等。确保日语文字显示清晰、准确，符合日语语法与阅读习惯，同时与整体界面风格协调统一，保持视觉美感与品牌一致性。\n优化日语交互体验：依据日语用户操作习惯和语言特性，优化人机交互流程，如菜单导航、操作手势、语音交互等。通过可用性测试、用户调研等手段，持续迭代交互设计，减少操作层级，提高操作便捷性与流畅性，降低用户学习成本。\n与日语团队高效沟通：作为与日本合作团队、供应商及潜在用户沟通的关键桥梁，运用流利日语进行技术交流、需求对接与问题协调。确保信息在跨国团队间准确无误传递，及时解决合作过程中的各类设计相关问题，保障项目进度不受语言障碍影响。\n跟进项目开发实施：在开发阶段，与开发团队紧密配合，提供设计支持与技术指导，确保设计方案在代码实现过程中精准还原。参与产品测试环节，针对涉及日语显示、交互逻辑等方面的问题，及时给出优化建议并跟进整改，直至产品达到高质量交付标准。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n语言能力：日语能力达到 N1 水平，具备出色的日语听说读写能力，能自如地在日语环境中开展工作，与日本团队进行深度技术交流与日常沟通。拥有日语专业背景或在日本学习、工作经历者优先考虑。\n设计能力：\n熟练掌握 Sketch、Adobe XD、Figma 等至少一种主流设计工具，精通 2D、3D 图形设计，能够独立完成高质量的 HMI 界面设计工作。\n对人机交互设计有深入理解，熟悉交互设计原则与方法，能够基于用户需求设计出直观、易用的交互流程，具备良好的用户体验意识。\n具备优秀的视觉设计能力，对色彩、布局、排版有敏锐感知与出色把控，能够打造出具有吸引力、符合汽车科技感的界面风格。有丰富车载 HMI 设计经验，或在消费电子、移动应用等领域有突出界面设计成果者优先。\n专业知识：本科及以上学历，工业设计、交互设计、视觉传达设计等相关设计专业毕业。了解汽车行业知识，熟悉车载系统特点、车规级设计要求者更佳。\n项目经验：有 2 年以上 HMI 设计或相关用户界面设计工作经验，参与过至少 1 个完整的车载 HMI
