岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1.负责手机Framework的设计、开发和维护，提供高质量、高性能的软件产品。

2.负责技术难题的攻关和解决，优化代码实现，提升系统性能和稳定性。

3.进行代码审查和重构，提高代码质量和可维护性。

4.与其他部门协作，制定技术方案、开发计划和测试计划，保证项目进度和质量。

5.研究新技术和行业趋势，不断优化产品和开发流程。指导和培训初级开发人员，提高团队整体技术水平。

任职要求 / Requirements

1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上Android ROM系统开发经验，有3年以上手机Framework开发经验。

2.精通JAVA/C++/C，熟悉面向对象，有良好的设计、编成能力，参与过大项目的开发。

3.精通Android平台开发及框架原理，Android基础架构、应用开发。

4.具备良好的分析、解决问题能力，能够独立承担任务，能够把控任务进度。

5.熟悉Andorid整机开发完整流程，能够快速判断问题所处模块。

6.有团队管理、项目管理经验，有模块PL交付经验优先。

7.优秀的沟通、交流、表达能力。

8.责任心强，能吃苦，抗压能力强
