Learn more at Menufy.com.\nOverview\nThe position is to lead a team of engineers building our e-commerce, growth marketing, and consumer apps. Leading includes coordinating, growing, and empowering their direct reports and others within their respective team. It also includes direct participation in those same activities.\nThis role requires close partnership with product managers to shape priorities, plan initiatives, and align technical execution with business goals. Engineering Managers should also communicate regularly with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, provide updates, and ensure the team’s work delivers meaningful value.\nAt times, this leader will need to focus on unblocking the team through both direct and indirect contribution. We’re looking for engineers who are excited to be part of this transformation and who want to innovate, adapt quickly, and help us build a culture that thrives on intelligent automation and efficiency.\nThis is a remote role.\nEssential Responsibilities and Duties\nGrow and lead a team of 8-10 engineers \nHire high-quality engineering talent and develop your team \nGuide the development of engineers with mentoring, training, and performance management \nBuild high scale systems with a focus on reliability, scalability, and solving business needs \nContribute to software development with an emphasis on architecture, design, quality, implementation, and culture \nUtilize the latest advances in AI software development to improve effectiveness of delivering business value \nCollaborate with stakeholders including product managers and operations teams \nResponsible for continuous improvement in processes and standards \nContribute directly to the codebase as needed \nQualifications\nExperience as a technical leader and people manager for at least 2+ years \nExtensive professional experience, recommended 10+ years \nDemonstrated success delivering SaaS, E-Commerce, or consumer-facing web applications/APIs \nDeep experience with distributed systems, cloud environments (Azure preferred), and modern architectures \nStrong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including C#, Azure, and SQL Server.\nPreferred Qualifications and Skills\nExperience with React, Bootstrap, Vue.js, and other front-end frameworks \nExperience with Queues, Caches, CDN’s, and other technologies used for building scalable web applications \nExperience with SQL Azure, Azure Service Bus Queues, and Redis Cache \nAdditional Details\nThis position is open to candidates who are authorized to work in the United States, without sponsorship, either now or in the future.
