Expect regular virtual team events, strong ownership and accountability, and an annual company retreat.\nAbout the Role\nWe’re looking for an ambitious, curious problem-solver to keep our fulfillment operations running smoothly during evening hours. You’ll monitor our fulfillment platform and its integrations, investigate issues as they come up, and be the first point of contact for our fulfillment sites during the second shift.\nYou don’t need to be a software engineer. We’re looking for someone who understands how fulfillment works, or is eager to learn it, and who uses AI tools like Claude and Cursor to dig into problems and understand what comes back. You’ll use AI-assisted coding in our Python and Django codebase to investigate issues, make small fixes, and build new features and reporting, so you can grow into bigger responsibilities.\nThis is an entry-level role. New grads and early-career candidates are welcome, and internships, co-ops, and project experience count.\nSchedule\nMon-Fri, 3-11pm ET.
