The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the project schedule and Capacity Overview ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones across all phases of the construction project.\nThe ElectricalConstruction Project Schedulerwill collaborate with Superintendents, Foremen, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the project schedule stays updated and the project stays on track. This is a key position in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects from start to finish. This position requires travel for extended periods of time to our onsite location.\nMajor Duties:\nDevelop and maintain project schedules by creating, updating, and managing the overall project schedule ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.\nCoordinate with project teams & work closely with Superintendents, Foremen, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that work is completed on time and that project milestones are met.\nMonitor progress with the ability to track project activities and progress, identifying potential delays or issues that may affect the schedule.\nCleary communicate and document changes with Project Team.\nCoordinate schedule changes due to scope modifications or unforeseen events. Update project timelines and communicate changes to all relevant stakeholders.\nIdentify, document, and communicate delays and their impact on project deadlines. Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.\nWork closely with the project teams to ensure the project schedule stays updated based the General Contractor’s schedule and actual on-site conditions.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of project schedules, Capacity Overview, change management, and timely team notification.\nActively contributes to a positive team environment.\nDemonstrates dependability with regular attendance and compliance to scheduled work hours.\nOther duties or locations as assigned by Manager.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in construction scheduling or project coordination, preferably in a construction or contracting environment.\nProficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore, or similar).\nStrong understanding of construction processes and terminology.\nExcellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.\nAbility to work effectively with diverse teams and communicate clearly.\nProblem-solving skills and ability to manage challenges proactively.\nCertifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or related certification (preferred but not required).\nThis full-time Electrical Construction Project Scheduler position receives a competitive salary commensurate with experience and position responsibilities.
