If you excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment this position provides a unique opportunity for leadership and a lasting impact.\n\nJob Description:\nRole & Responsibilities\nThe primary responsibilities for this role will be related to managing all aspects of the project financials.\nMonitor project billings, projections, and cash flow to ensure accuracy.\nAssisting with the development of proposed change orders and communicating cost and schedule impact information to the client.\nMaintain and develop relationships with internal and external team.\nDirect and supervise general foremen, foremen and their crews in a manner as to comply with the contracts executed by Hunt Electric Corporation, union agreements, and all policies and procedures.\nAddress office and/or field related concerns to maintain jobsite morale and customer expectations.\nManage assigned projects as economically as possible while recognizing commitment to quality workmanship, positive industry image and customer satisfaction.\nPrepare, process, and maintain all files, correspondence, schedules, reports, and billing necessary to perform the responsibilities of the contract.\nDirect the planning of the project through purchasing, engineering, subletting and installation.\nAssist with project Cost Codes/WBS/SOV’s/Phases, estimating, and project comparisons.\nIdentify project concerns and work with senior leadership to improve overall health of the project.\nAttend monthly meetings to review project financial standing with project team, Partners, Customer, etc. \nQualifications and Education Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\nAt least 10 years of experience working as a project manager in the electrical industry.\nKnowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the electrical industry.\nKnowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods, and the coordination of manpower and resources.\nDevelop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish the work.\nEffectively communicate verbally and in writing.\nAbility to understand the scope of the contract documents and the scope of the electrical work to be performed.\nWillingness and ability to train and educate assigned subordinates.\nWillingness and ability to travel.\nPhysical Requirements\nThis position operates at an industrial job site and is exposed to moving mechanical parts, vibration, and noise, possibly requiring closed toed shoes, as well as occasional use of a hard hat and eye protection.\nThis job also operates in a professional construction office environment.
