Each tool takes national training package data, combines it with our own context and materials, and produces audit-ready drafts that our team reviews and finalizes.\nThis is a hands-on build role with real ownership. You will shape the architecture, choose the right models and services, write the code, test accuracy against human experts, and deliver polished tools our non-technical staff use every day\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn the technical design, build, testing and release of all five tools\nEngineer prompts, retrieval pipelines and structured outputs that keep every claim grounded in source documents\nBuild evaluation sets with our compliance team, and measure accuracy against human reviewers\nCreate high-quality document exports using proper Word styles, templates and branding\nManage
