If you excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment this position provides a unique opportunity for leadership and a lasting impact.\n\nJob Description:\nRole & Responsibilities\nThe primary responsibilities for this role will be managing all aspects of the project financials.\nMonitor project billings, projections, and cash flow to ensure accuracy.\nAssist with the development of proposed change orders and communicating cost and schedule impact information to the client.\nMaintain and develop relationships with internal and external teams.\nDirect and supervise general foremen, foremen and their crews in a manner as to comply with the contracts executed by Hunt Electric Corporation, union agreements, and all policies and procedures.\nAddress office and/or field related concerns to maintain jobsite morale and customer expectations.\nManage assigned projects as economically as possible while recognizing commitment to quality workmanship, positive industry image and customer satisfaction.\nPrepare, process, and maintain all files, correspondence, schedules, reports, and billing necessary to perform the responsibilities of the contract.\nDirect the planning of the project through purchasing, engineering, subletting and installation.\nAssist with project Cost Codes/WBS/SOV’s/Phases, estimating, and project comparisons.\nIdentify project concerns and work with senior leadership to improve overall health of the project.\nAttend monthly meetings to review project financial standing with Project Executive, Partners, Customer, etc. \nQualifications and Education Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\nAt least 8 years’ electrical construction operations experience in the electrical industry.\nIndustry Knowledge : Deep understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and codes (e.g., NEC, OSHA).\nLeadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and align efforts with project goals.\nBudget Management: Skilled in resource allocation, cost control, and maximizing profitability.\nRisk Management: Expertise in identifying risks, resolving conflicts, and ensuring smooth execution.\nClient Relations: Strong communication and relationship-building with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.\n Technical Skills : Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Bluebeam, Accubid Enterprise) and electrical schematics.\nCompliance: Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory standards in the electrical industry.\nPhysical Requirements\nThis job operates in a professional office environment.
