This is a Union position with the IBEW Local 14.\n\n Job Description:\nResponsibilities:\nConduct thorough inspections and tests on electrical systems and components to ensure they meet quality standards.\nDevelop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.\nAnalyze products and processes to identify areas for improvement.\nCollaborate with design, ACP and production teams to address quality issues.\nMaintain detailed documentation of inspections, product condition, and quality assurance activities.\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.\nProvide training and guidance to staff on quality control processes.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.\nAlert the production team if the product needs to be re-built or sent back to the production line for re-work\nWork closely with Production Managers and Logistics making sure the best quality product is approved and delivered to site for install.\nQualifications and Education Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or 5-10 years of Electrical Construction experience.\nProven experience in quality control or quality assurance in the electrical industry.\nStrong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and industry standards.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAttention to detail and a commitment to quality.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nIndividual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
