What’s yours?\nPosition Overview\nThe Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of the facility, including structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. This position serves as the primary contact for external service providers, ensures compliance with OSHA and local building regulations, and supports capital improvement projects as needed. The role involves routine facility inspections, maintaining service records, coordinating complex repairs with vendors, and ensuring adherence to internal safety protocols.\n\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nOversee maintenance of the facility, including structural, electrical.\nServe as primary contact for external facility service providers (e.g., janitorial, utilities, waste management).\nPerform routine maintenance on company machinery and coordinate with outside specialists for complex repairs.\nMaintain accurate records related to maintenance activities, service contracts, inspections, and repairs.\nEnsure compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols.\nCoordinate with local municipalities to maintain compliance with fire codes, building regulations, and other applicable local standards.\nSupport capital improvement projects and equipment upgrades as needed.\nConduct regular inspections of the facility and equipment to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.\n\nRequirements:\nWorking knowledge of OSHA standards, building codes, and fire safety regulations.\nStrong organizational and recordkeeping skills.\nAbility to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and regulatory officials.\nMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for machinery and systems.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.\nAbility to lift 50lbs+\nAbility to work in a non-climate-controlled environment\n\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred.\nEnglish proficiency\n\nWhat's in it for you?\nAnnual base hourly range: $24.52- $33.17\nBonus target range: 5% - 10%\nGenerous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability\nA company culture that prioritizes internal development and professional growth\nTime off with pay \n401(k) plan with a degree of employer matching\nEmployee Assistance Programs\nWellness programs and product discounts\nPlease note, all offers presented to candidates are carefully crafted to ensure market competitiveness, equity, and reflect the individual candidate’s education, experience, skills and potential.\nHunter Douglas is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with applicable employment laws.
