This role involves high-level decision-making, performance optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The Senior Manager is a key contributor to business planning and operational excellence.\nWhat you'll do\nLead the end-to-end production operations, ensuring alignment with company strategy and business goals.\nOversee the execution of production plans, maintaining strict compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.\nDrive a culture of continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.\nDevelop and implement strategic initiatives that improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.\nAct as a strategic partner across departments including Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to align production goals with business needs.\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead data-driven decisions to optimize throughput, yield, and labor efficiency.\nEnsure proactive equipment and facility maintenance strategies are in place to minimize downtime and maximize asset performance.\nMentor and develop production leadership teams, fostering a high-performance culture and talent succession pipeline.\nLead capacity planning and scalability strategies to support business growth, new product introductions, and market demand.\nManage operational risk, implement contingency plans, and ensure business continuity within the production area.\nPromote and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Environmental, Health, and Safety standards (EHS), and ISO compliance.\nWho you are\nBachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
