What’s yours?\nPosition Overview\nThe Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. This role partners closely with business leaders and HR teams to build effective hiring strategies, improve recruitment processes, strengthen employer branding, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.\nThe role also drives workforce planning, recruitment analytics, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives to support organizational growth and talent objectives.\nWhat you'll do\nTalent Acquisition Strategy\nDevelop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce plans.\nPartner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and organizational capability requirements.\nBuild proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.\nSupport diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring initiatives.\nManage full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, operational, and leadership roles.\nLead sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.\nEnsure timely and high-quality hiring delivery against agreed SLAs and KPIs.\nDrive structured interview and selection processes.\nAct as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarking, and hiring best practices.\nProvide regular updates and recruitment insights to business leaders.\nCollaborate with HR teams on onboarding and workforce planning activities.\nEmployer Branding & Candidate Experience\nStrengthen employer branding initiatives to enhance attraction of top talent.\nEnsure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.\nSupport recruitment marketing campaigns and university partnerships where applicable\nMonitor recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance, and sourcing effectiveness.\nEnsure data accuracy within ATS/HCM systems.\nIdentify process improvement and automation opportunities.\nManage recruitment vendors, agencies, and external partnerships.\nLead, coach, and develop recruiters or TA specialists\nFoster a high-performance, collaborative, and service-oriented culture.\nSupport capability building within the recruitment function.\nWho you are\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.\n6-10 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or matrix organization.\nExperience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.\nPrior experience leading TA teams is preferred.\nExperience with ATS/HCM platforms such as Oracle, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP is an advantage.\nWhat's in it for you?\nAnnual base salary range: $97k-$115k\nBonus target range: 10% -20%\nGenerous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability\nA company culture that prioritizes internal development and professional growth\nTime off with pay \n401(k) plan with a degree of employer matching\nPaid parental leave\nWellness programs and product discounts\nPlease note, all offers presented to candidates are carefully crafted to ensure market competitiveness, equity, and reflect the individual candidate’s education, experience, skills and potential.\nHunter Douglas is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with applicable employment laws.
