Experience with photography, particularly studio product photography, is highly valued.\nBrand Design Execution\nMaintain and apply Hunter brand standards across all visual communications\nTranslate marketing strategies and creative briefs into compelling visual solutions\nEnsure consistency in typography, color, imagery, and layout across all channels\nContribute fresh ideas that elevate the brand while supporting business goals\nParticipate in creative reviews, brainstorming sessions, and campaign development\nDigital Marketing & Campaign Design\nDesign and produce digital assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives\nCreate website graphics, homepage modules, landing page assets, email graphics, and digital advertisements\nDevelop social media assets and campaign extensions across multiple platforms\nCollaborate with copywriters and marketing partners to ensure cohesive storytelling\nPrint Design & Production\nDesign print materials including retail collateral, brochures, signage, packaging components, event materials, and sales support tools\nPrepare production-ready files and ensure accuracy of specifications and artwork\nPartner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of printed materials\nMaintain quality standards throughout the production process\nUX/UI & Digital Experience Support\nSupport website and digital experience initiatives through user-centered design principles\nCreate wireframes, mockups, and interface designs for select digital projects\nCollaborate with developers, eCommerce teams, and stakeholders to improve customer experiences\nHelp maintain consistency across digital interfaces and customer touchpoints\nPhotography & Content Creation Support\nAssist with studio photography projects as needed, including product photography and image preparation\nSupport photoshoots through planning, styling, asset organization, and post-production work\nRetouch and optimize photography assets for digital and print applications\nContribute creative input to visual storytelling and content development initiatives\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with Product Marketing, eCommerce, Sales, Engineering, and Creative teams to support business objectives\nManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality standards\nSupport creative asset management, version control, and file organization best practices\nProvide quality assurance and detail-oriented reviews before final asset delivery\nMarketing & Brand Support\nSupport internal marketing initiatives and company-wide creative needs\nAssist with trade shows, events, presentations, and special projects as needed\nContribute to the ongoing evolution and growth of the Hunter brand\nHelp ensure all visual touchpoints reflect Hunter's values, quality, and commitment to craftsmanship\nEducation/Experience Requirements\nBA degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred\n5+ years of professional graphic design experience\nPortfolio demonstrating strong capabilities across digital, print, and campaign design\nExperience working with consumer brands, retail, eCommerce, or manufacturing companies preferred\nSpecial Qualifications or Skills\nExceptional design taste with strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign\nExperience designing for both digital and print environments\nWorking knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality execution\nComfortable working on Mac computers within a Microsoft-based workflow\nExcellent organizational, communication, and project management skills\nExperience with studio photography, photo retouching, and asset preparation is a strong plus\nAbility to balance
