Today, its solutions are used across more than 16,000 rooms in hotels and healthcare properties. \n\nJob Responsibilities \n\nProject Coordination (50%) \n\nTask & Workflow Management: Maintain and update project boards, ensuring accurate ticket statuses, assignments, and estimations. \n\nCross-Functional Communication: Act as the primary liaison between developers, product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to keep project timelines aligned. \n\nRisk & Blocker Tracking: Identify operational bottlenecks, escalate blockers, and proactively track dependencies to ensure on-time release schedules. \n\nDocumentation & Reporting: Prepare regular sprint progress reports, keep project documentation up to date, and track key operational metrics. \n\nFunctional Testing & Quality Assurance (50%) \n\nTest Plan & Case Creation: Review product requirements/user stories and write detailed, reproducible manual test cases and acceptance criteria. \n\nFunctional & Regression Testing: Execute end-to-end functional, smoke, integration, and regression testing across web and mobile platforms prior to release deployment. \n\nBug Tracking & Verification: Document bugs with detailed reproduction steps, logs, and screenshots; track bug resolution through the development lifecycle. \n\nUser Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support business stakeholders during UAT phases by validating features against real-world business requirements. \n\nQuality Advocacy: Participate in requirement reviews to identify potential edge cases, ambiguities, and usability issues before code development degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. \n\nWork experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in engineering or product operations or related fields. \n\nQA Knowledge: Hands-on experience writing functional test cases, executing manual tests, and conducting bug regression. \n\nCommunication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly. \n\nProblem-Solving: Sharp analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a passion for software quality. \n\nAPI Testing: Familiarity with basic API testing tools (e.g. Postman) to send API requests, verify data accuracy and identify potential
