Requirements: - 6-10 years of experience in AI / ML/backend engineering. - Strong CS fundamentals (Tier-1 college preferred). - Experience with backend systems and APIs (e. g., Node.js, Python, or similar). - Experience with modern web stacks (e. g., TypeScript, React, Next.js, or similar). - Familiarity with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc. ) and with OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini APIs. - Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases. - Experience with LLMOps and evaluation frameworks. Other Requirements: - Experience building end-to-end systems from scratch. - Track record of optimising for latency and cost in production systems. - Prior work in Series A/B startups or fast-paced environments. - Comfortable working with data-intensive applications and distributed systems. - Ability to pick up new technologies quickly and move across the stack as needed. - Solid understanding of performance, system design, and scalability.
