Requirements: - 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience. - Strong experience building backend systems (Go / Java / Python). - Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL). - Solid understanding of API design, microservices, and system architecture. - Experience working in a startup or fast-paced product environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with incomplete requirements. - Good understanding of data pipelines, async processing, and scalability patterns.
