This role partners closely with Product Managers, Product Analysts, Solution Leads, and stakeholders to ensure prioritized, high-value work is delivered efficiently and aligns with business goals. The Product Owner provides day-to-day oversight of a scrum team, facilitates Agile ceremonies, and ensures continuous flow of work through backlog management and cross-team coordination.\nKey Responsibilities\nBacklog Management & Agile Execution\nOwn the creation, refinement, and prioritization of the user story backlog.\nConduct initial story card mapping and identify cross-team dependencies.\nEstablish story acceptance criteria and ensure work meets definition of done.\nPrioritize backlog to support highest value work.\nProvide clarification and context to the development team.\nFacilitate system demonstrations and support UAT testing.\nStakeholder Engagement\nRepresent stakeholder needs while collaborating with technology partners.\nEngage with internal and external partners to coordinate timing and dependencies.\nEscalate issues to Program Directors and stakeholders as needed.\nSupport weekly and monthly status reporting efforts.\nDelivery Oversight & Scope Management\nMonitor agile team demand and capacity.\nManage product lifecycle from requirements gathering through release.\nDeliver upon business scope and requirements defined at the Feature level.\nMonitor scope changes and manage size increases to maintain project integrity.\nAddress delivery risks and blockers to maintain team focus on priorities.\nManage risks associated with application and feature delivery.\nSupport long-term roadmap and OKR alignment with Product Leaders.\nProvide transparency to leadership on project status and development issues.\nBasic Qualifications\n7 years experience as a Product Owner (PO), Scrum Master (SM), Business Systems Analyst (BSA) and/or Business Analyst (BA) leading Salesforce application development, \nExperience managing onshore/offshore teams\nBachelors Degree\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.\nExperience with Regional Bank and/or Commercial line of business.\nExperience with Azure DevOps or similar Scrum Management tools (e.g. Jira)\nCertification in Product Ownership, Scrum Master, or Scaled Agile Frameworks.\nDemonstrated interest and success in improving Agile execution\nProficiency in creating supporting documentation, wireframes, workflows, etc.\nFamiliarity with program execution metrics and project management tools.\nKnowledge of data mapping and reconciliation techniques.\nExceptional analytical abilities, critical thinking, and creative problem solving.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nPrevious experience building and leading high-performing teams\nPreferred Qualifications:\nNew customer acquisition and on-boarding experience\n7+ years of professional experience in software development in a business or technical capacity\nExperience overseeing development or Agile programs\nExpert in the management of Agile projects including scrum\nExperience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Chief Agilist\nDemonstrated interest and success in improving Agile execution\nExceptional analytical abilities, critical thinking, and creative problem solving\nProven written and oral communication skills including senior leadership presentation\nExperience with the application of program execution metrics as well as project management approaches and tools\nExperience using Agile methods for custom hardware or embedded software development\nAble to work effectively at all levels in an organization\nCertification as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Scaled Agile Frameworks\n Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)\nYesWorkplace Type:\nOfficeOur Approach to Office Workplace Type\nCertain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
