application architecture, and overall technology capabilities.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n5+ years of experience in software engineering and enterprise application development.\nTop Skills\n3+ years of experience providing technical leadership for software development teams or complex technology initiatives.\nStrong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.\nStrong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.\nStrong experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.\nStrong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.\nExperience with relational databases and SQL, including technologies such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.\nExperience with Git and modern software development practices.\nExperience with automated testing and quality engineering practices.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nDemonstrated ability to lead technical design and development activities for complex applications.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.\nAbility to balance hands-on engineering responsibilities with technical leadership and team mentoring.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience designing cloud-native and distributed applications using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\nStrong knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, domain-driven design, and distributed systems.\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.\nExperience with messaging and streaming platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or IBM MQ.\nExperience with CI/CD and DevOps technologies such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.\nExperience with Spring Cloud, Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT, and API Gateway technologies.\nExperience with TypeScript
