Will be responsible for implementation of new and existing GRC platforms.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nDesigns, tests, debugs, documents, and implements those programs. \nConsults with users to design, modify, and explain program changes or to provide technical support. \nResolves problems which occur in production systems. \nMay serve as project leader in the development of automated systems or procedures. \nProvides direction and training to other team members.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.\n3+ years of related experience in software development.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n3+ years of professional experience in GRC systems (Archer, OpenPages, ProcessUnity, ServiceNow IRM).\n\nExperience supporting cloud native platforms and on-prem hosted applications, such (AWS, Apigee, Linux OS and Openshift).\n\nExperience with .NET/C#, or other object-oriented programming languages (i.e. Python, Java, etc)\n\nExperience working in an agile environment.\n\nExperience working in multi-platform environment.\n\nAbility to balance both development and support roles.\n\nExperience in working on projects that involve business segments.\n\nStrong analytical, strong troubleshooting skills and excellent communication skills.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills, focus on customer service, and the ability to work well with other IT, vendor, and business groups.\n\nMicrosoft Office experience.\n\n Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)\nYesWorkplace Type:\nOfficeOur Approach to Office Workplace Type\nCertain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education.
