Develop and distribute advanced data reports.\nCollaborate with IT and Business teams on data-related projects.\nGenerate and distribute regular data reports to stakeholders.\nEnsure metrics are monitored daily and alerts stakeholders when variances are detected.\nDevelop reports/dashboards for executive leadership to communicate statistics and other relevant information\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree\n3+ years of related experience in data-related operations, business operations or process support roles.\n2 years prior development experience in modern development languages.\n2 years prior development experience using Tableau reports.\n2 years experience with SQL. Writing complex queries, stored procedures, and scale performance.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAdvanced experience with Data Warehouse technologies and products.\nBackground in statistics.\nBackground in Financial Services\nProficiency in Data management tools.\nKnowledge of Data governance and data quality principles.\nAbility to design, document, and optimize operational workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).\nUnderstanding of Data management and Data Quality principles, best practices and processes.\nTechnical knowledge, skills and experience using data management tools.\nExcellent Communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and multitask within a collaborative work environment\nWillingness and aptitude for continuous improvement\nDo the right thing attitude while being a strong team player\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, focus on customer service\n Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)\nYesWorkplace Type:\nOfficeOur Approach to Office Workplace Type\nCertain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
