As long as hackers keep hacking, Huntress keeps hunting.\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\nYou are the person who keeps the learning and readiness engine running. In this role, you make sure the right training reaches the right people at the right time, that every program is set up cleanly, and that the systems behind it stay organized as the business grows. You give a $h*t about the learner experience because the small operational misses are the things that break trust fastest.\nYou are outcome-obsessed about accuracy, follow-through, and whether readiness work actually happens. You will partner closely with Readiness and specialist teams to turn approved content into live programs that are easy to find, easy to complete, and easy to measure.
