This position will report to the Commercial Director, Construction - Americas.\nJob Scope\nThe Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for the execution of the Key Account Strategy in North America. The revenue responsibility is roughly $100M for Polyurethanes Components. The KAM will be responsible for building strong and lasting relationships at all levels of the Key Accounts' organization.\nIn summary, as the Senior Key Account Manager, you will:\nManage large complex key accounts and expand market share and reach.\nBuild relationships on multiple levels at key accounts, including executive leadership.\nEstablish internal relationships with the Huntsman Executive Leadership team and facilitate interaction between key accounts and Huntsman executive leaders.\nEstablish and implement strategic account plans.\nDrive internal coordination in a matrixed environment to fulfill key account needs.\nManage CRM components including an opportunity pipeline and call reports.\nGather information on competition and key market dynamics.\nLeverage sales and pricing excellence strategies to increase business profitability.\nNegotiate sustainable contracts and service offerings.\nQualifications\nYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
