The ideal candidate is a self-starter who requires minimal direction andseeksto exceed basic job requirements.\nRole Responsibilities:\nAs aCredit Controller, you willbe responsible for:\nManaging the collection of accounts within an assigned portfolio to ensure compliance with payment terms and credit limits using ERP System FSCM and SAP.\n\nAssistingthe team in achieving annual targetson collections.\n\nApproving credit limits based on the delegation of authority.\n\nMonitoring and approving sales orders that are on credit hold.\n\nEngagingfrequentlywith sales, thecustomer'sAPdepartment, and customer service to resolve disputes.\n\nSupporting SOX, audit, and compliance asrequired.\n\nFollowing instructions and performing other related functions as assigned by the manager.\n\nParticipating in and completingrequiredcompliance training program.\n\nEngaging in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives asestablished.\n\nExperience and Competencies:\nWhat we are looking for:\nBachelor’sorMaster’s degree in Financeor Accounting preferably.\n\nRelevant experience in the industrialcredit fieldis preferable.\n\nProficiencyin Microsoft Office and SAP experience desired.\n\nA demonstratedhigh levelof initiative and goal-driven mindset.\n\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.\n\nFluency inEnglishisessential.Additionallanguages are a plus.\n\nExpertisein customer account statement reconciliations.\n\nFlexibility and adaptability to new instructions and dynamic organizational priorities.\n\nThe ability to proactivelyanticipateand address potential concerns from stakeholders and analytical skills to support decisions.\n\nWhat next?\nIf you would like to join an innovative,collaborativeand multicultural team, please apply now.
