Apply today!\nKey Responsibilities:\nWelcome and support employees, visitors, and external partners at the office reception.\nHandle day-to-day office administration and respond to workplace-related requests.\nMaintain digital records, including equipment inventories, access cards, visitor passes, and workplace documentation.\nSupport the GBS Intranet page.\nSupport purchase orders, invoice processing, and office-related payments.\nCoordinate deliveries, mail, courier services, and office supplies.\nOrganize meeting rooms and provide logistical support for meetings and office events.\nAssist with event coordination, including catering, room setup, and equipment arrangements.\nManage parking administration and support workplace services.\nProvide basic support for audiovisual equipment and digital signage solutions.\nParticipate in testing and implementing new workplace technologies and office solutions.\nContribute to creating a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming office environment.\nAbout You\nYou are currently pursuing or have recently completed studies in Business Administration, Project Management, Communication and Media or a related field.\nInterest in technology and willingness to work with conferencing systems, mobile phones, and office equipment.\nAbility to balance technical tasks with general office and administrative duties.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented approach.\nYou are proactive, energetic, have a positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and work in an international environment with much initial support.\nYou are well-organized and you have strong communication skills.\nYou can communicate fluently in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.\nYou have basic familiarity with MS Office and Microsoft Outlook.\nYou are available at least 30 hours/week.\nWhat We Offer\nPaid internship with a Civil Contract (Umowa zlecenie) for 12 months (maximum 18 months).\nInitial training and continuous support working with experienced mentors and colleagues who will guide you throughout the Internship Program.\nFlexibility related to working hours (with a minimum of 30 hours/week and a maximum of 40 hours/week).\nHybrid work policy allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.\nA friendly and stimulating atmosphere, with the possibility to work with experts in their field within a global company and the chance to develop your career based on your ambitions, while building a professional network.\nA modern office in the city center for a newly established Hub, with coffee/tea/fruit (and more) available to you.\nHigh-performing interns may be considered for future full-time positions within Huntsman.\nWhat next?\nIf you would like to join an innovative, collaborative, and multicultural team, please apply now.
