Apply today!\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport monthly standard costing activities, including preparation of input files, data downloads and follow-up checks.\nSupport preliminary and final costing runs by preparing analyses, checking outputs, reviewing month-on-month cost changes and highlighting unusual results or missing data to the team.\nAssist with analysis of purchase price variances, production variances and stock-related data, including investigating reasons for differences and checking purchase order and pricing data.\nSupport recurring costing and inventory-related reconciliations, including gathering source data, comparing warehouse data across systems and documenting open items.\nAssist with master-data and costing-data quality checks, including reviewing costing errors and supporting follow-up on required corrections.\nSupport checks of intercompany and interplant freight, inbound freight and other cost components included in product costs.\nPrepare and update standard reports, working files and supporting documentation for monthly processes and internal controls.\nHelp maintain and improve desk procedures, process descriptions and task documentation, participate in team improvement initiatives, and support ad hoc analysis related to costing and inventory.\nAbout You\nYou are currently pursuing or have recently completed studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Controlling, Business Administration or a related field.\nInterest in product costing, management accounting, financial analysis and manufacturing processes.\nAn analytical mindset, attention to detail and confidence in working with numbers and structured data.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.\nYou are proactive, energetic, have a positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and work in an international environment with much initial support.\nYou are well-organized and you have strong communication skills.\nYou can communicate fluently in English (written and spoken).\nYou have good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications; familiarity with SAP is an advantage but is not required.\nYou are available at least 30 hours/week.\nWhat We Offer\nPaid internship with a Civil Contract (Umowa zlecenie) for 12 months (maximum 18 months).\nInitial training and continuous support working with experienced mentors and colleagues who will guide you throughout the Internship Program.\nFlexibility related to working hours (with a minimum of 30 hours/week and a maximum of 40 hours/week).\nHybrid work policy allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.\nA friendly and stimulating atmosphere, with the possibility to work with experts in their field within a global company and the chance to develop your career based on your ambitions, while building a professional network.\nA modern office in the city center for a newly established Hub, with coffee/tea/fruit (and more) available to you.\nHigh-performing interns may be considered for future full-time positions within Huntsman.\nWhat next?\nIf you would like to join an innovative, collaborative, and multicultural team, please apply now.
