Apply today!\nRole Responsibilities:\nAs an Operations & Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for:\nOwning, preparing, issuing, controlling and maintaining Safe Systems of Work documentation, including Work Control Permits and Energy Isolation Procedures. \nLiaising with Operations and Engineering teams to ensure effective planning for maintenance activities. \nMaintaining Safe Systems of Work standards and ensuring work is prepared and coordinated safely. \nAligning with shift teams on daily operational requirements and supporting weekly maintenance planning. \nCoordinating activities across Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain and Planning. \nAuditing, monitoring and updating relevant documentation, including Energy Isolation Procedures and Job Safety Analyses. \nContributing to improvement projects and relevant EHS groups to support continuous improvement across the site. \nWorking predominantly on day shift, with occasional flexibility to support training and operational requirements on other shifts and weekends. \nExperience and Competencies:\nWhat we are looking for:\nA minimum Level 3 qualification. \nDemonstrable experience with Safe Systems of Work and Work Control. \nExperience within the chemical industry or another highly regulated industry. \nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to influence others within a multi-shift site environment. \nThe ability to manage changing and sometimes competing priorities across different teams. \nThe ability to respond effectively to short-notice operational requirements. \nHigh personal standards, strong people skills and personal conviction. \nWhat We Offer:\nAt Huntsman, we want our employees to feel supported both professionally and personally.
