This position combines pricing expertise with broader commercial execution, connecting Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Manufacturing teams to improve value and margin delivery across Europe, the Middle East, and India (EAMEI).\nReporting to the Business Performance Director, you will lead pricing activities across the EAMEI region while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive commercial decisions, optimize business performance, and maximize value creation. Apply today!\nRole Responsibilities:\nAs a Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for:\nDeveloping and executing pricing strategies, setting pricing targets across EAMEI, and supporting pricing reviews and price-change communications.\nLeading ongoing pricing activities across product, sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing, with a strong focus on value capture and deal execution. \nCoordinating day-to-day pricing and commercial decision-making activities across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance teams.\nFacilitating cross-functional discussions to support timely business decisions and effective execution of commercial initiatives.\nBuilding strong partnerships with Sales, Marketing and Commercial Finance teams to drive pricing performance and business results.\nSetting up, deploying, and improving pricing tools and processes, promoting continuous improvement and the sharing of best practices.\nCapturing, consolidating and communicating internal and external market intelligence to support pricing, portfolio and commercial decision-making across the EAMEI region.\nLeading and developing one team member.\nExperience and Competencies:\nWe are looking for an experienced and commercially minded professional who can combine strong pricing expertise with business acumen and stakeholder management skills. This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and can influence business decisions through data-driven recommendations.\nWhat we are looking for:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar pricing, commercial finance, revenue management, or business performance role.\nExperience working in a B2B manufacturing environment. Exposure to the chemical industry would be an advantage but is not essential.\nProven experience in both Pricing and Commercial Finance, with the ability to translate data and market insights into commercial recommendations.\nExperience partnering closely with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.\nPrevious leadership experience, including coaching and developing team members, would be beneficial.\nExperience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms.\nFluent English is essential.
