Apply today!\nRole Responsibilities:\nAs a Production Technician, you will be responsible for:\nOperate plant and process equipment safely, efficiently, and in line with all site procedures and environmental standards\nTake responsibility for the operation and isolation of equipment within the assigned area\nMonitor processes, record operational data, and respond to abnormal conditions or alarms\nCarry out first-line troubleshooting and support safe start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers\nMaintain high standards of housekeeping and compliance at all times\nProactively identify equipment or process deficiencies, support root cause analysis, and contribute to corrective actions\nEscalate issues appropriately and work collaboratively with Shift Managers, Engineers, and other functions\nActively support continuous improvement and shared learning across the site\nExperience and Competencies:\nWe are looking for experienced candidates with:\nMinimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant technical or vocational discipline\nExperience in a chemical, manufacturing, or process-based industry is strongly preferred\nTrade skills or prior experience in COMAH or highly regulated environments are advantageous\nComfortable working shifts and operating within a unionised, pay-for-job framework\nWhat we are looking for:\nStrong commitment to safe working practices\nEffective team player with clear communication skills\nAbility to work without direct supervision and make sound operational decisions\nPractical problem-solver with a proactive mindset\nWillingness to learn, adapt, and develop new skills\nWhat next?\nIf you would like to join an innovative, collaborative and multicultural team, please apply now.
