You will work in an international, innovation-driven environment, developing advanced materials for electronics applications, including high-speed and high-frequency technologies.\nYour main accountabilities will be:\nDevelop and modify laminating and solder mask products for high-end applications.\nDevelop new printed circuit board technology (PCBT) formulations to meet defined soldermask and dielectrics performance requirements.\nIdentify, assess and qualify new or alternative raw materials and components.\nDesign experimental studies, execute laboratory work, interpret data and deliver project milestones.\nBuild structure-property-processing-performance understanding and translate findings into robust formulations and process recommendations.\nProvide relevant technical information and support to Sales and Marketing.\nPrepare high-quality project documentation, technical reports and presentations.\nMaintain high laboratory EHS and housekeeping standards, ensuring compliance with Huntsman policies, corporate standards, and applicable local and national regulations.\nRequirements:\nMaster's degree in physical, organic or inorganic chemistry, polymer chemistry, materials science, interfacial science, materials chemistry, chemical engineering or a related discipline.\nAt least three years of experience in a technical or research laboratory and/or product development environment focused on solder mask, laminating or related electronic materials systems.\nIntermediate to advanced formulation expertise for solder mask and/or laminating materials, with the ability to tailor products to specific functional requirements.\nPractical knowledge of thermosetting materials and components, including dielectric, thermal, chemical, compatibility and copper-adhesion performance.\nKnowledge of photoimageable binders, photoinitiators, acrylate monomers and fillers.\nUnderstanding of rheology and chemo-rheology, materials processing, and structure-property-performance relationships.\nBasic knowledge of chemical hazard classification and toxicology.\nAbility to work independently, collaborate effectively and drive projects to completion.\nAnalytical, innovative and results-oriented mindset, with strong learning agility and teamwork skills.\nGood written and spoken English.\nAny personal data provided to Huntsman
